Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (the "Services") are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Services you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. We recommend you to check this page regularly and read all the terms carefully.
You must register in order to purchase products on our website. You will be asked to provide personal information that will only be used to process and ship your product orders. By creating an account, you will gain access to orders, invoices and other relevant information. In order to register, you must be of legal age in your country of residence.
All products have a detailed description including price, available sizes, colours, materials, etc.
You can add products to your "shopping bag" from different sections of the Website. Once you have finished adding products, you can complete your order, fill in the shipping information and select one of the payment methods available on our site.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased on this Website, you can return it back within 14 days of the date you receive the product. You need to provide Stylisim with the return number before sending the product in order for Stylisim to process your return and refund properly.
Getting your return number is very easy:
Sign into your account ("Mi Cuenta") and under your orders ("Mis pedidos") click on return a product ("Solicitar devolución") and fill in the form with the product or products you would like to return. Once you are done click on the "Continuar" button. The return number will automatically be created for you. You can check the status of your returns under the return history ("Historial de devoluciones").
If an item is faulty, please detail what the fault is.
As soon as we receive the email with your return order we will contact you by email with all the information and the address you need to send the product to.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the labels on. You will not get a refund if the product has been used. The product must be returned with all the accessories it was sent with. Once we have checked that the product is in good condition Stylisim will proceed to give you a refund in the shortest possible time.
The refund will be credited to the original tender.
We will only refund the shipping costs for returns of faulty products, or when the product you receive does not correspond to the product you have ordered. Otherwise, shipping costs will be paid by the user who will be responsible for returning the product in perfect condition.
Delivery: Products will be sent to the address provided by the user using Chronoexprès or Nacex Services. In order to optimize the delivery we recommend you provide an address where the order can be delivered during working hours. If it is your professional address do not forget to indicate the name of your company in the address ("Dirección").
Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or show signs of having been opened. Make a claim to the carrier and send us a copy of the claim.
